JBA Extraction Equipment

Equipment rental is available for active Jacksonville Beekeepers Association members only. Completion of the online reservation and rental agreement form is required. Equipment is picked up and returned at either the monthly meeting (1010 N. McDuff Ave.) or mentoring session (2640 First St.). If you pick up from the monthly meeting you will return it at the next mentoring session. If you pick up from the mentoring session you will return it at the next monthly meeting. This allows for roughly 2 weeks of of rental time. Please plan your honey harvest accordingly as rental time can not be extended! A JBA Officer will contact you once your request is received to schedule pickup. Equipment must be returned on time, clean and in the same working condition it was at the time of rental. Failure to do so could result in additional cost to the renter and revocation of renting privileges.

Rental Terms and Conditions

  • The RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented equipment outlined in this form during the period of the rental at own cost and keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear expected.

  • The RENTER shall pay Jacksonville Beekeepers Association full compensation/and or repair of any equipment that is not returned because it is lost/stolen OR any equipment which is damaged and is in need of repair to restore it to the condition it was at the time of rental, normal wear and tear expected.

  • The RENTER shall inform Jacksonville Beekeepers Association upon demand of exact location of equipment while it is the RENTERS possession.

  • The RENTER shall pay Jacksonville Beekeepers Association $20.00 per day late fee for rented equipment not returned by date outlined in this agreement.

  • The RENTER shall pay Jacksonville Beekeepers Association $35.00 cleaning fee if equipment rented as outlined in this agreement is returned dirty.

  • Signature indicates agreement to Terms & Conditions
